Questions & Answers
What inspired you to become a doctor?
I’ve always been drawn to the human side of medicine - the relationships, the trust, and the opportunity to walk alongside people through every stage of life. Family Medicine stood out to me because it offers a unique chance to treat the whole person, not just a disease or a condition. I was inspired by the idea of building long-term connections with patients and their families, understanding their histories, and being part of their health journey over time.
What is your philosophy on patient care?
I believe that effective patient care begins with empathy, trust, and open communication. My goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their healthcare decisions. I view each patient as a whole person - considering not just physical symptoms, but emotional, social, and cultural factors that influence their well-being.
What brought you to St. Hope?
I was drawn to St. Hope Healthcare because of its strong commitment to providing compassionate, community-based care, particularly to underserved populations. The organization's mission to bridge gaps in healthcare really aligns with my own values and desire to make a tangible impact in people's lives.
